I have not played that game, however, I have played many games over the years. A consistent pattern I have noticed is that dying results in negative consequences. Therefore, I suggest you do not die.

And that is my tip of the day.

I have played Neocron in the past and it is quite good. Their official site can be found here:

Most of the PvP gameplay is based on that of a first-person shooter, however the skills you will learn are RPG-based; taking place over extensive periods of using them to earn experience and, ultimately, upgrading equipment when necessary.

Some of these skills can lead to a variety of professions that can be used to gain more credits and/or acquire devices and items not usually available except through missions. These items include implants to improve your character(s) abilities, weapons and equipment to better arm yourself or provide increased support for skills... and even vehicles for FvF (Faction vs. Faction) battles, as well as traversing the large open areas outside the two cities.

Unfortuntely, like all MMOs, the only way to play this game is if you are part of a clan or at least an organised group. If you try to play it alone, learning skills just take far too long and you will eventually get bored by it...

You can try the game if you wish, but I suggest you take a strong interest in it only if a lot of people aare willing to play it.

 

In my opinion Neocron raised the bar for killing rats in the sewer. It was a whole new level of rat killing. I loved that game.

 

Thats one of the best statements ever.

Sent, I have an account in that game, I just started playing less than a month ago, it does get boring by yourself though, give me a yell and I'll jump in.

 

I played the beta long time ago. Hacking things is fun.
