have i mentioned that i hate cingular? and i have them...ugh...

 

they totally suck here....i swear...you can't get any kind of answer from them for anything...all they want to do is sell you a phone and some plan...they don't even know all the plans...you ask a question about it..and they are like...ummm...then they grab the little brochure...and say..oh yeah...its here...you can read about it...haha..its unbelievable...they all have their bluetooths(or would it be teeth?) on and are talking to someone else the whole time they are helping you/me...i just hate their customer service here..im sure it would probably be different in a smaller town or something..but sheesh..they are so rude if you don't want to buy the top end phone and phone plan....yay commission....

but truth be told.. they do have the best plans for the price and the fewest dropped calls...just like the stupid commericials say...im just a stickler for customer service...

 

Is it weird that I want to sleep with that phone?

I thought the price was high. Then I realized it would be constantly with me and in use the entire time. Suddenly the price was worth it.

 

i guess i am not a technology person, it really did not impress me much, because all i saw was something that had a screen that could get broken, fingerprints on and if it was stuffed in my purse or pocket, the buttons would get pushed without me trying to and no telling who i would be calling. Although, i am sure it is some cool Technology. i guess i am one of those people that if you cant get ahold of me, well you just have to wait kinda person. I dont have call waiting and i prefer to talk on my house phone over my cell phone any day of the week. i mean, ya i got a cell phone, but the only time i used it much was when i was gone from home for a month, then i used it, but other than that the occasional call here and there and that is it.

as for cingular, love them. have not had any problems with them. The people selling the phone usually get outrageous commisions, that is why we usually shop around on line, we might go visit a store to see what it looks like in person and end up ordering out stuff directly online from them without having to deal with some dorky salesmen. Never had a problem that way!!!

 

Cingular lost my inlaws service they went to Verizon like me. Im sure Different areas are run different but Up in philly and Here in Baltimore/DC they arent that Great. Hopefully this makes them better. Ive had Sprint Cin and Verizon and they all have their problems i guess heheh
