The bat

    We love baseball.

    We had a good laugh over Troy's bat after his last game.

    I had written Troy's name on the barrel of the bat right before the game. I think he shared his bat with some of the boys that day. When he brought the bat home, the letter "O" had been knocked right off of it with successful hits during the game so at the end of the day it read "Try".

    I put the "O" back on. Looking forward to seeing them do it again tomorrow night.

    If the boys had success with that bat Queenie, you just upset the natural balance of baseball! Any ballplayer can tell you; you never mess with a hitting streak! By putting the O back on you may have cost them tomorrows game! :rofl:

    Cute story. Though I would have probably left the O off of it. This way Troy can be reminded to always TRY his best.
