who turned out the lights?

I was merrily running through the lone lands last night. Trying to find/kill the dwarf I need for my tier 2 crafting quest. I could hear the rain coming down pretty hard, and a couple of flashes of lighting, but no thunder.
After a few more minutes of intense rain, the satellite signal went down and shortly there after....lights out. I was very surprised. Power outages in Manitoba are almost none existant. We have huge amounts of hydro electricity here. So I wasn't being rude
I just got my butt kicked too bed a little early.
