    I made a new header for my blog and I wonder what you guys think about it.

    I'm new to blogging but I heard it's a great way for an artist to start out and move toward a website...plus, Hamma made me do it. :p~

    Constructive criticism: The overall look is really nice and I think represents you very well, but there are a couple things i'd like to express my opinion on. Mainly the only thing that I see that detracts from the header is the edges of your images are too blurry and smudged. I think a crisper edge would improve the presentation. Also I noticed a chunk of the inner arm from the smaller figure on the right is missing and that just looks like it was rushed.
    You might also want to bring the image over to center your negative space, or bring the larger figure on the left out more like the one on the right to fill in that white space. I am still on the fence about the font too ;).

    Anyway just my little critique.... darn art school makes me critique all the time :p

    The arm was a bit of a rush job and in the next version I will try to do better.

    I do not want negative space to be centered looking. I would hate it if it were.

    I agree, crisp edges on the outside would probably look better, but dealing with my limited ability in photoshop, the blurred effect is a more achievable overall finish. Crisp would look *extremely* amature if I did it. ...just recognizing my shortcomings and working around them there.

    Thanks, Hamma. You're so sweet. I've never done anything like this on my own so it's a big step for me and especially to start inching toward beginning to promote my work like this is a HUGE step. I'm a bit inept.
