    Here is a recipe with zero glycemic load for those of you who are trying to stay healthy and reduce sugar intake.

    It's called red wine. Serves 2, prep time ...however long it takes you to convince a sexy, hot person over 21 years of age to enjoy the recipe with you.

    2 clean glasses
    1 bottle of wine (zero glycemic load muhahahahahaha!!)
    1 bottle opener
    1 sexy, hot person over 21 years of age to enjoy the recipe with you

    Pour wine in glasses, taking care to keep the sexy, hot person's glass always full.

    Reminds me of our squadron deployment in 1992 to Bermuda. Sort of our 'rally' song. We were all at a bar there, the song came on, and about 20 of my closest, drunkest friends stood up at the bar and sang this.
    Not to make lite of this post, but at 7:30am and on my first sips of coffee this morning it struck me as funny and brought back great memories.
