Howdy CDL, my call-sign is Bungero and I'm here in response to your ad in the official recruiting forums.

1)I'm sure you've scratched your head at least once upon reading my in-game name. This name really has more than one origin and I'll scope this to the most relevant. When my friends and I first started playing FPS we had some strange obsession with the Federales. After taking that as our clan name we wanted to choose our call-signs based on Latin/South American names. One day I was scanning through some articles on <insert reddit of the day> and found a dedication to a Peruvian woman with the last name Bungero. Talk about a jackpot name. Obscure, culturally relevant, and having BUNG in the name was the win.

4)I pre-date the PC. I beat my first game at 4 (Demon Attack|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demon_Attack) and I've been addicted to twitch and the occasional RPG ever since. I've played all of the Battlefield series games and CoD: MW2. CoD wasn't really my bag as I've come to love combined arms. I'm a retired member of the Net Battletech Leage|http://www.netbattletech.com/nbt-mp3/ and suprisingly, not a big fan of MWO. I did a few tours in the first Planetside but left when the newer, lower TTK games started popping up.

5/6)I've only been a part of one other outfit, HSTL, which is now mostly inactive. I believe there's been some rebuilding going on but the anchor personalities have moved on to other outfits or games.

7)My name is Ben. I'm a 36 year old software engineer living in Central Florida. I'm married, with two, mostly harmless children. My son is 4 and my daughter is 2 + n (where n is a function of attitude). I'm mostly a dad now, when I'm not hiding from my family at work. Between family and work I can only squeeze in a few hours a week of play time. It would be so cool if I could share them with an awesome crowd.

9)Team work makes the dream work baby!! You absolutely have to believe in the team, which is no small task. You have to become invested in the well being of your team. You have to be able to put the team ahead of yourself. You have to realize that you can be more than the sum of all parts. If you're one of the lucky ones, you can surround yourself with those you love 24/7. I would bring a number of elements to the team. I'm patient, it goes with the parent thing. I like people to be in a good mood. Thus, I'm mostly looking on the bright side of things and I'll sway you when your day isn't going so well. I like to learn. If you have something to teach, I'm game. If I can help you with something, I will. I truly believe there is no greater joy than serving family. Lastly, I was born in the year of the dragon on the Chinese Zodiak and I'm a werewolf.

 

Nice! I haven't met a MW fan in ages. I've been trying to beat my local friends into setting up our own league. It's hard to believe what MekTek has done for MW4:Mercs. I really do believe the modified version of MW4 is better than what MWO has to offer.

I hope to see you all tonight. I was on last night squaded with my brother. I've received my invite to the outfit, but due to esamir madness I didn't have much time to chat.
