A Little Update

    For those interested, just a few pictures updating my activities lately.

    My latest rifle purchase. It is a Mosin Nagant, 9130; 7.62x54:

    Thanks!

    I kind of look for those when I go "shopping". :) But I haven't run across one in the places I shop. This rifle was made in 1938, so I was happy to buy it. The Mosins are dirt cheap right now and still a wonderfully accurate rifle. Plus, I didn't have a bolt-action rifle yet, and this one compliments my M4 and my M1 Garand nicely.

    No doubt, was ashamed to discover after messing up my stock for my m44 that it had a serial number buried under the grease, since I had an entirely matching serial number gun.

    I just recently purchased a H&K 93 clone and getting an m4 lower before my states assault weapon ban goes into effect in a couple of weeks.

    Yeah, the serial numbers all match on this rifle. I have an LMT upper and lower on my M4, and it has some "accessories" I put on it. Hamma and some of the guys here have shot it at a past CDL Rally. I plan on designing my own range on my land eventually. Have a little run and gun fun. :D

    Nice old timers gun!! ;) (pics weren't working for me either)

    I've always liked bolt action style rifles over semi auto.. A long time ago when a friend of mine was getting into hunting I did our firearms acquisition course, I remember wanting to pick up an old Mauser bolt action if I ever did target shooting..

    Hey Asp! Yeah, Ground Chuk has a 1944 Mauser. Very nice rifle and a joy to shoot. I haven't shot this rifle yet, but I have shot one of Ground Chuk's 9130s. Kassa bought a 9130 as well.

    If you ever head south and might be in my area, let me know. You have a gun range you need to visit. ;)

    Oh man, they nailed it with this one. As you well know, CoH was a hit. Well, they actually improved upon the original. With the addition of the Soviet army, it is a load of fun. This one has the Wermacht and Soviet army. The AI is brilliant. TB and I have been co-oping some maps and had a blast.
