    I know that I touched on this game in the poll thread, but I think it got quickly buried. Just have a look and tell me what you think of this kind of game. It seems to blend both FPS style and RPG together. Scenery is nice to look at too. D/L some of the videos and you'll see. Combat system looks to have some sort of recticle along with attack moves.

    All I can say is I am highly interested. The skill being able to be effective from level 1 reminds me of PlanetSide.

    I am suddenly eager to learn more....

    It's up to about the 4th newsletter now and I am somewhat interested, but only if enough people here sign up for it as well.

    I don't want it to be like the EVE channel with only about 5 or 6 people ever being online

    oh maybe I am just getting owned.... above the smiley face in your post above there is an image that says "Please view this image at Planetside Universe.com" the violin playing smiley does not show for me :(

    Really? I don't think they're going to have shape-shifting abilities. Now, if they are an assassin-type class I can see the resemblance.

    Saying the class is a rip-off of Dune is like saying the Liberator in Planetside is a rip-off of the WW2 Bomber.
