no kidding Spee, 2 things right away, from the evidence shown here it doesn't look probable that it was a big ol freakin jet that slammed into the side of the building....so what something still happened and I'm sure the government has some reason to believe and or has some reason that they want us to believe that it was a big ol freakin thing that slammed into the pentagon, ever here the phrase ignorance is bliss, say the government doesn't want people to know it was a tiny military or private jet that slammed into the pentagon, which is considered easier to take down both morally and physically a little plane carrying between 1-12 passengers or a 757 carrying a whole lot more, now that we've established (at least I hope) that the little one would be easier to bring down which one makes the pentagon look less secure if it hit it, the one that is harder to bring down because of the possible moral outcry that would be sure to follow (a.k.a. the little jet), now secondly they make a big deal about the FBI seizing the surveilance tapes, that is one of those no sh!t sherlock moments of course they are to see what happened, you no 9/11 was a no win day for the government, if they had been able to shoot down the airliners people would be all ticked off about that saying that they didn't know they were gonna ram the WTC and what have you, and you know who those people would be the same people that are now complaining that the goverment didn't do enough or is hiding some sort of conspiracy, I love this country for it's freedom of speech but I just wish stupid people wouldn't use it so often....if you couldn't understand what I was saying I'm sorry, however I was having a sever A.D.D. fit between watching Reno 911 working on a flash animation of my own and trying to put this up

  10. I :fart: in your general direction

  11. I didn't even watch it.
But if for one second you can claim some propaganda bs about the 9/11 tragedy? Just pray we never meet in real life.

  12. Indeed.

  13. Actually, it raises quite a few extremely interesting points. The fact that the trend here is to dismiss it out of hand because it happens to be released on the day on which it can have the most emotional impact... a standard propaganda technique, which is absolutely nessecarry when dealign with such a heavily entrenched emotional issue such as this... is quite intelligent. I must say that it actually raises quite a few excellent points... from those pictures and the quotes of those on site, it is highly unlikely that it was a 747. I would be very itnerested in doing some research on the passenger manifests of that 747, contacting the families of the passengers, researching the backgrounds of those people, ect. It is very important to remember that the government DOES use progaganda... it is a nessecarry part of life. Just as nessecarry is the use of counter-propaganda to undo the brain washing of such acts. The government response to that situation, even if they did modify events there (which seems likely in some way or another) is actually rather appropriate to me, the people as a whole needed to be motivated. Now, freedom of speech and the peoples right to know comes into play. I think that more research needs to be done on this case one way or another, but I for one am not about to dismiss it out of hand because of its timing or its emotional load... that is what propaganda is all about, and it is used for a reason. It is a method of delivering truths to a mass audience... the key with propaganda is to discover which truths are biased, and which are not. That is what i want to see in this case.

  14. This is very emotional, but I still have a couple things to say. First, do anyone of you, or even the idiots who made such crap, have any personal knowledge or experience of how a 757 aircraft crashes? How it flys? Most likely not. When were those pictures taken showing the inside of the Pentagon? Surely not for a long time after 9/11 as it was no longer even smoldering. Can we perhaps believe that most of the wreckage had already been removed? By workers searching for survivors and remains? By investigators for instance who would be looking for the black box? I am certain.

This kind of crap makes me ill. I will never forget that day as long as I live. As an airline employee it has effected my life directly and as I watched the coverage while at work at the Memphis airport, the knowledge that it could have been one of our airplanes and that people I knew and worked with could have been some of the victims was horrifying. We did not know until later which airlines had been hijacked.

That's all. Sorry for the rant, but I agree with Mani. Please keep your conspiracy theories to yourself.

    Thank you.

  15. *Tilts head* I want to make one thing here clear to everyone. That was an extremely important day to me, and one that will stay with me the rest of my life. I will remember that day clearly for a long time to come.

However, I am a very strong proponent of open speech, and open thought. I personally find this compilation to be fascinating. They did a LOT of research to put that together, and to simply dismiss it out of hand is irresponsible... is it propaganda? Yes. Does it lead to a very obvious implication of government duplicity? Yes. Is it likely that, at the very least, some information was witheld from the public surrounding 9/11? Yes. Was the information witheld nessecarrily the information this movie implies was witheld? Definatively not. However, it is our responsability as thinking individuals to keep an open mind about events, especially as they concern emotionally loaded events.

Events such as this are especially succeptible to "faith blindness." This is a technique which most religions exploit ruthlessly, and as with all propaganda techniques, it does have a place, though it is by far one of the shadiest methods. As a result, it is very important to take a step back, especially with those issues that have the highest emotional load for us. This video is blatantly propagandist, yes. It makes no attempt to hide this. It also represents a massive amount of research, the quotes alone represent a tremendous time investment. This was not put together without thought. It was also not meant to be taken as the absolute truth.

What this video was meant to do was to inspire people to look further. It is pointing out inconsistencies in the record of that day. It is now our responsability to go further, and determine what the full truth is. It may turn out that the truth is exactly what we have believed until now... however, given the information in that video, there is also a reasonable chance that there is other information available. To dismiss this possability would be to place faith in an organization whos job it is to control the flow of information to the public in order to maintain order. It is nessecarry, but it will, and has many times in the past, led to situations where reality has been modified. This is an acknowledged fact. Thus, situations such as this deserve at least a chance to be disproven definatively.

  16. I think its thought provoking. Thats all I say.

Hell, it might have been a missle. I dont say it is, but just for a second: would it freak more people out to tell the country that a plane or a *missle* hit the pentagon?

If it would be possible to cover a missle up, would you think they would do it? The entire nation vunerable to long range missle attacks would scare the shit outta everyone.

That being said, I pray for the souls of those effected by 9/11 and am not trying to degrade it in any way.

Thought provokation. Thats all. Just something to think about.

  17. *sigh*

This video has already been beat to death over in the PSU forums:
    http://www.planetside-universe.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25399

Here are photos of the plane:
    http://www.rense.com/general32/phot.htm

    quote MrViccio from PSU:
Despite the destructive fire that raged inside the impact area on 9/11, pieces of debris were visible on 9/13 and 9/14, and were photographed by recovery workers. These photos clearly show pieces of landing gears, a large turbofan engine, and fuselage. The evidence inside the building is consistent with the evidence of plane wreckage outside -- indicating that a commercial airliner flew into the Pentagon on September 11th.

There are always two sides to any conspiracy theory. Let this one rest.

Video's such as these create Inteligence Blindness. Thats the case where every asshole that see it, straps on his Tin Foil hat, and insists that there must be something more to it then we are being told.

Stop for one second to think about this....

    Who made this flash?
Where did they get the the pics from?
    Are they Athuntic?

I own Photoshop, if I make a flash that shows the Pentagon being hit by a frozen fucking turkey it won't make it true.

OK, watched it. Liked the Music. Some facts did stand out. Point still remains.

What are they trying to prove? What point are they trying to make?
That the government takes control of crime/emeregency scenes, takes tapes that might be evidence and may or may not be trying to cover something up?

Who cares. As stated above, ignorance is bliss. I am military. I firmly believe that there are some things that the American public shouldn't know. If it was a missile it wouldn't have been covered up, as that would lend overwhelming support for a Missile defense system (Which is currently being squabbled over in the UN. We are developing one and they think it's a violation of a treaty and some counties are against it.)

As for a plane, well, an attack aircraft of another country wouldn't have gotten through. We have to many IFF (Interrogate Friend or Foe) systems for them to even get to the coast if flying direct, much less get in thecountry and launch if launched *in* the US.

That would mean it would have to be an American aircraft. Do you realize the widespread panic that would ensue if the public thought that it was possible for a terrorist to gain access to American military aircraft... much less if a pilot might have been renegade American military? Much easier to say it was another Boeing and then investigate internally.

At anyrate, I wrote the above not to debate the issue or lend credence to your post, but hopefully to let you realize that you (and they) are wrong for trying to pry into something like that that might be better left alone. A quote from Jurrasic Park goes something like this

"They were so busy with the fact that they could , they didn't stop to think if they should."

Bottom line of the matter is that no matter what "truth" you/they think they are trying to shed on the matter, this isn't the place to post that........

and especially not on the day you posted it.

*edit* It was brought up while I was typing this, but I did think it should be said again. While it was thought provoking, I would be ALOT more interested in seeing original Archive footage and talking with the actual people in it. Alot of things can be done with digital editing tools today. I would believe it from a established and reputable news media outlet, not a bunch of people on the 'Net I have never heard of/ met.
