This game is an RTS using the C&C: General's engine. The game's plot is based on retired US Air Force officer and novelist Dale Brown's upcoming novel, who also worked with Eugen Systems (the developer) on the game's story. For more information about the game go here: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/actofwardirectaction/index.html?q=act+of+war

There is also a demo of the game which was just released today:

The demo has one single player mission, it will most likely take you a while to complete it since it takes a while figuring out the best way to use certain units. Once you get the hang of things it becomes quite fun.

  2. I read the preview for this in my PC gamer. I knew it was using the generals engine. Also, on the subject of generals, I suck at that game, and I dont have Über micro.
