Application for PS CDL

Hey guys!

Some of you may know me from PSU. I've been wanting to join an organised outfit and have fun. I was formerly a Black Widow, but I left because my interest in PS was getting lax. I've renewed that interest and would like to join CDL.

"Why not BWC again?" I hear you ask. That's because they're overly complex. I played with BWC back in March (I think) and everything was relatively simple. Now you have to sign up on their Operations Server, which is rather mind boggling.
