Banned for teamkilling?

    As i was just kicked and banned for teamkilling from your server i would just like to ask why?

    The situation is as i know it i was flying a blackhawk. was crashed into and promptly banned.

    I realise that this really doesnt mean much in the grand scheme of things but i was enjoying playing on the server and there were some really good players there.

    Ah well kinda like to get unbanned if possible.

    i think someone may be a little quick on the ban button from this server, im not sure, but i recomended it to someone who plays and they were banned as well...

    The game kicks you after so many TKs. If you're flying a blackhawk full of people, and someone crashes into you, the game might assume that you somehow killed all of the passengers, thus it bans you. It is only a 10 minute ban I think.

    The server auto-bans after x number of TKs, it seems to be per session and not per round.

    As mentioned previously, most likely this is a case of the server banning you for excessive team killing whether on purpose or by accident, It should only be temporary if this is the case. If you cannot access our server still, please post here and we will determine if you have been placed on the ban list.

    As Kaikou said... You were banned because someone crashed into your helicopter and since you were the pilot, the game put all of their deaths on your head.

    It's stupid, but it happens, and there's not much you can do about it. If anything, you should be mad at the people who were so quick to hit the punish button instead of the forgive button since it was clearly not your fault.


    Like Blackdrop said, if you're still banned, let us know and we'll get it removed.

    That happened to me the other day.. Ran a USMC player over in my jeep, couldn't stop in time and crashed into an empty parked blackhawk. the resulting BH decay explosion killed 3 MEC trying to cap the flag and that was it, I got tossed. EA really has to work on their culpability code.

    That is some highlight reel stuff, Asp. :D


    I've been kicked for TK's twice. Once was placing a single mine in front of an enemy flag - a buggy full of friendlies flew by me and proceeded to run over it like it was a magnet. All three punished me and I was immediately kicked.

    The second time was our own server. I made a horrible decision and threw a grenade around a corner after a bad guy- three friendlies chased after it blowing all three to hell and I got kicked.

    I got kicked yesterday. I shot my own guy whose name was coming up red. The other team was all over the flag so I was shooting at whatever was red. At least I'm not the only one getting kicked for tking.
