Banned???

    While playing on your trinity games server this morning I got tk'd by a guy named jarven (or something close). He starts bitching because I chose to punish him. He starts calling me a ****..etc....etc. Then, I GOT BANNED!! For exvessive tk'ing no less. I'm thinking this must have been a mistake because surely no admin would be that immature and irrational. If this really is how your clan works then I guess its no loss to be banned from it. However, it reflects very poorly on your group as a whole.

    First of all, almost all BF2 servers come with an auto-kick for TK'ing. You TK three times, you will automatically get kicked. It's not someone administering the kick, its a server-side setting.

    Now, to deal with your other issue. We here at the CDL enjoy honorable play above all other types of gaming. We value the image we represent to a gaming community we have been a part of for over 6 years. I can assure you we don't and won't arbitrarily kick someone without good reason. If you were in fact kicked for TK'ing and it was accidental, we can allow you access back into our server.

    I hope this helps clear some things up, and I hope from here on out you enjoy your time gaming on our server.

    fyi i believe we set our server to auto kick at 5 tk's

    Thanks for the response. I think an autokick feature is a great idea. I know I made a few mistakes and tk'd a few times on accident. Does that feature ban the offender from the server for good? Thanks again.

    Nope, not as far as I know. It's a kick for the map I believe.

    Yes

    If and when you read your post again please use the edit option and remove the words or replace them. We Dont like Cussing on the server like that and i can assure you that if an admin had been there the offender would have been warned about the language then kicked for repeated offenses.
