    Next time you walk down the refrigerated aisle of your grocery store past the beer section think of the potential lives that could be saved in the event of ...uh...say...an avalanche. It never hurts to be prepared.

    Fortunately the European man who was trapped in his car under an avalanche while on vacation was able to pee his way out thanks to the 60 bottles of beer he happened to have in his luggage. You can read the full story here.

    ...and another thing about beer - I once had a 12-pack in the trunk of my car one winter and it partilly froze.
