Bzzzt - failure to reboot into slacker mode

On February 13th, that site didn't look like that. It was this hideous baby blue. We rewrote the site and launched this morning. To very few problems.

Now I just need to get ready for the aquarium club meeting next week. Then I can actually spend some time on my CDL clothing line project.

I can honestly say that it is like going through a data hurricane.

Total silence. Building activity until all hell breaks loose. Total silence.

Then you turn the site back on.

And the real storm hits. You frantically chase every page missed in the conversion and squash bugs as fast as possible. You move stored procedures and tables. You hunt for missing graphics. Then some search engine takes notice and you have them beating your site to a pulp at the same time.

Then it slacks off and finally calms down to just a few blips here and there.

It is intense. This makes my... uh...

5th? 6th redesign of coleman.com in my 8 years here.
