    I'd prefer to go "camping" at a 5 star hotel. Not a big fan of the hard ground. Although, I can see how saying to the parents, "We want to go camping this weekend" would go over better than, "We'd like to spend the weekend at the Marriot"

    Although, funnily enough, that's what the wife (then girlfriend) told her parents we were doing for my birthday. I was in Milwaukee durning the summer and she was in Dayton, so for my birthday I drove down and we spent a wonderfully relaxing weekend in a holiday inn. :)

    Ahhhhhhhhh the wonderful memories.

    hehe actually, it wasn't hard ground... we had two sleeping bags underneith us, and two blankets over us, so we were warm, and comfortable. :)

    lets just say we'd goto 'sleep' at around 11:30, 12:00 at night, wake up around 7, and get out of bed at like 9:30, 10. ;)
