    Ok, this started last night while I was playing. I'll log onto a game, play for a minute or two, then the connection will be lost! It happens every time!

    Anyone know what is wrong?

    Do you have Non Standard Skins? (I.e. weapon skins and vehicle skins .. etc?)

    The latest patch included a new option called CRC checking that prevents people from using "cheats" suck as brightly colord Mines and Vehicles ... etc..

    A server needs to have CRC checking turned off for you to be able to use any Non-Standard Skins (besides "player skins").

    I d/l porn BEFORE and AFTER playing tribes! Not during, thank you! ;)

    Besides, someone will EVENTUALLY make a "Lonely Defender Hud" for T2, just a matter of time....

    OH! That must've been it. I d/led the CDL skin pack, and installed it, the new weapon/vehicle skins with that must've crapped me out!

    How do I get rid of those, but keep the player skins?

    The V12 file is really nothing more than a Zip File.

    Edit the file in Winzip and delete out all of the png files (i.e. skins) that do NOT have either lmale, mmale, hmal, lfemale, or mfemale in their names... (those are the player skins for light, med, heavy Male and Female)
