    Well now doesn't this just suck... the other day i reinstalled t2 to get rid of some weapon/veh skins to play on the crc check servers. Now because the community server is always down I always get stuck on the "Creating player" message where you select your name. I won't be playing t2 for a LONG time unless someone has some good ideas.. so.. shoot:p Was looking forward to playing t2 on my new gf 3... bleh

    If I may be so blunt...

    Why did you reinstall T2...? Unless there is something horrible about renaming files or moving them around, I'm at a loss to understand exactly why you re-installed T2...

    I assume the files in question [vehicle skins and weapon skins] are easy to move out of the directory that executes them [at least it was for me...]

    Well, to help you on your way...just keep trying, it will work eventually. I'm assuming you've patched your game/updater up to the latest version? If you haven't done that...you can find all the updates you've ever downloaded in the Dynamix\Tribes2\Gamedata\patch...just order them by date and run them all [except any beta patches of course :p]
