    Players may note the following changes:

    • Alpha Squad boosts were regranted with full six months and extra bonus to resources and experience. All Alpha Squad players must re-equip the new boost.
    • Depot – New Mana Anti-Vehicle Turret available for purchase.
    • Light Assault – Fixed a bug where jump jet cert progression would not properly
    • Invulnerability for revived players has been removed
    • Effect added to help indicate temporary invulnerability on respawn
    • Membership status window should correctly display loyalty level
    • Missiles locked on to the vehicle in flight will again provide audio/visual indicators
    • Fixing descriptions of the Mosquito M14 Banshee magazine certs

    Good news for our Flyers in there :D

  5. Awesome on the Alpha Squad bit. I'm very interested in the Mana Turret bit. As someone who plays engineer all the time, I'm very underwhelmed by the regular AI Mana Turret, but an AV one could really help amp up viability in dealing with vehicles at range.

    EDIT: OMG - it is wire guided! I think I'll do a happy dance right now! Buying this today.

  6. Could help tons in facility defense, especially against tank zergs.
     
  7. I bet the AV turret will end up being more effective against infantry than the AI turret is and will be nerfed into uselessness.
     
  8. Dane bought it and mentioned it 1-shots infantry. Downside is you have about 5 seconds reload between shots and you have no bullet shield like regular, so you're sniper bait.
     
  9. I have it, it does have a shield, but it is bugged and doesnt show up. It can one shot infantry, but only at a direct hit, which isnt easy up close. Has a default 6 sec cooldown between shots and its wire guided.

  12. It's really nice in the right situations, but has it's limitations. Useful, but not OP. My biggest concern is that it's so superior to the regular turret. Slotting the AV turret is a no brainer. They need to up the regular turret a bit so it can compete.

    I just bought it. Huge damage and it's guided. The AI turret is now even more useless. An engineer with AT mines and the AV turret is going to be mean as hell against vehicles.
