Forum Time Problems

    I've made a few changes and am curious to see if anyone else is having problems, or if the problems have ended.

    For some reason the forum was saying the wrong times, getting confused. Making posts an hour before they were actually made.. etc etc.

    So, since the tweaks. Please post here if you see any problems.
