Good debate

Israel and Palistine will NEVER get along. They are both strong hipacrits of their religions. They have been fighting before we were even born. I seriously doubt anything but total anhilation of one of them will end their war either. So I say let them die. Let Israel lay waste to the Palastinians.

Israels military is strong, mean, fast, and backed by U.S. weaponry. They are a force to be reckoned with and they will not go through with the BS peace procedure. Strategically we need Israel a bit more than Palastine. Regardless of what you may hear a lot of the middle east hates and fears Israel. They know what Israel is capable. That's why you don't see anyone other than the Palastinians fucking with them.

If things in the middle east go bad we will need Israels firepower. As for Saudi's well.. I don't really care what happens to them as long as my oil keeps coming.

As for the America being free thing well I don't really see it. I lived in South Africa and had just as many freedoms there as I do here. I suppose free enterprise is about the biggest difference I can think of. Other than that I am limited in everything I do. One day I may spank my daughter for being bad. If a tree hugger sees that they are going to call child protective services. Then I have to explain why I spanked my child? If I did it.. correctly? That's a load shit to me.

It's attitudes like that that have kids going to useless therapists because one day they were yelled at for doing something bad and oh that was so terrible. Then some llama comes along and supports them on it. As for the women having rights.. well I guess that's okay . But the double standard is getting annoying.

I have decided to obstain from reading it after how well my point of view was recieved last week.

 

Racial Profiling - They say we are illegally detainee people based on there origin/race.

1.) Detaining is one thing, using a profile as a means to decrease the 'suspect' pool is another. If you detain/jail someone solely based on a profile, then it had better be a case of national emergency.
(which it is, everything points to more impending attacks)

So far as cops using profiles to stop and question or search someone. Well...I dont think the majority of cops are racists. Most of the cops I know. black or white, will tell you if ya wanna find a crack dealer, head for the black neighborhoods.
People who say this is racist are basically completely ignorant of the facts. Ask the people who work & deal with the dealers-druggies-criminals who the right people are to look for, when attempting to apprehend drug related suspects. Ask the Border Patrol who the 'mules' are. Somehow I dont think they're gonna find too many folks who fit the profile of, say, your grandmother, hauling drugs in.

Support for Israel:
As far as I have been able to ascertain, with the exception of the still argued massacres at Sabra & Shatilla, everything Israel has done has been a defensive measure. And yes, going after someone you know has immediate plans to launch an attack is still a defensive measure.
The Palestinians, and I know one who gives me his viewpoints, which are those of someone who has ' been there, and done that ' dont deny that Israel has been provoked. But resent the fact that all the aid has seemingly been Israels. Yes, the U.S. sends aid to Palestine, but it's almost solely food & medicine. And I dont see the need to send any military aid to them. From everything I have gathered, the Palestinians were the first to resort to the terroristic and indiscriminate killings of non-combatants.
