    I signed up for beta and the link is closed. Anyone else sign up for it? I loved GC and its FREE expansion pack. I fully expect this game to steal my life away.

    Ground Control 2 Beta is the subject.

    BTW the game. Compaired to the orig. It blows. Its one of those games where they said " sweet grafix!!! ALRIGHT!!!! That will make ppl buy it!!!!!111". The game has massive potental but doesnt feel like GC.

    1. Camera- The thing about GC i loved was the cam. It was AWSOME. This isnt as good.
    2. Interface is not too good. Its a starcraft style interface.

    Only time will tell with patches to come.

    I got in too, i'll give you my counter opinions in a bit.

    The game has 2 different camera styles, the classic Ground Control camera and the more standard 3/4 top down view, so I don't know what your whining about.

    The interface, I feel it's ok but will have to play more to give a real opinion on it.

    Well that must've been a very short time limit to sign up for the Beta. I wouldn't mind getting it if they also had some 1st-person action in there.
