Hey guys!

  1. Hi everyone, just wanted to say I'm sorry for not playing too much lately. I am in school fulltime plus working 36 hours at the hospital, so it doesn't leave me much time for extras. I kind of spent more time playing WoW last semester than I should have and my grades suffered a little (2 A's and 2 B's)
    I was really disappointed because to stay on the Deans list I must do much better! Anyway, just wanted to let you know I miss you all and I really miss playing, especially with all the fun that is going on right now. Hope to be back but of course school must come first. I am going to let Jake play Palmira to do raids if he wants and to keep my rank up in the BG (but not to level me, hehehe). He likes doing that stuff. Gotta go back to class, hope to see ya soon!

    Take care,

    Palm : }

  2. Hey Palmira. We miss you in game too but I am glad to hear you are taking care of school first. Just pop in whenever you can to at least say hi once in awhile.

  3. mmmm, I can almost smell that steak dinner now... :D

    seriously though hope to see you back soon and that you can get back on the dean's list (at least you're not on double-secret probation). Jeez only 2 A's and 2 B's? hmmm I guess that's better than my steady 3.0 GPA I used to struggle to maintain...

    Also does this mean that the 900 number will be disconnected? ;)

    Take it from, Dean's list is nice and all but much more important that you absorb the lessons and can apply them practically (memorization FTL). As long as you pass you're good. Then it's about how well you interview. All the employers think that as long as you come off well in the interview they can teach you the rest. Can't teach personality and people skills. I've interviewed smart people that I know wouldn't fit in with our group and axed them on the spot (I sit in on my department interviews).

    Good Luck and I'm sure you'll be good. And as always, if I can help with anything let me know. :) Always there for a fellow Wolf when I can be.

    Extra note: I was a D student going into my program and came out a C student (Long story). But I impressed on my clinicals and that made a big difference. How you come across and your people skills mean a whole lot and they don't always grade those well. That being said, Get those A's if you can girl.
