    I have a very bad feeling about this. The kind of bad feeling Han had looking at the Death Star for the first time. And it's all about Vin Diesel vs Chuck Norris vs Capt. Kirk.

    picard was SOOOO not a ladies man....he's much too cerebral...kirk...he's got that animal attraction...and he was the first to cross the bounderies in interacialgalactic dating...we all remember the green chick right...right? if you like sitting and pondering..playing chess...or earl grey tea...sure...picard might be a nice grandfather figure..ill even go as far as an uncle...but kirk...he knew how to party...

    I think it is based upon what you grew up with.
    Another comparison would be James Bond.
    I've always prefered James Bond when portrayed by Sean Connery over Roger Moore, etc.
    Although Pierce Brosnan did increadably well. I don't know if Daniel Craig will be a success when Casino Royale comes out.

    I like Picard because I indeed grew up with him - plus he is just.. cool. He doesent have to shag women to be cool. But kirk does indeed own.

    That new bond guy I've heard doesent even know how to drive stick and keeps getting hurt. He wont last :lol:
