    Okay, herre I am minding my own business, driving home after a long day at work. I was eating in my truck on the way home, having just stopped at the Taco Bell drive-thru.

    I am enjoying the beautiful weather, my windows are rolled down, I am jamming some nice jamz when I pull up to an intersection. As I roll to a stop, two cops, who are busy dealing with some ominous looking participants in the criminal element, look over at me and motion me over. Thinking they may have noticed my uniform and may be needing some help, I pull into the street and park. One of them walks up as I turn my music down to hear him.

    Cop #1: "Sir, why do you have your music turned up?"

    Mani: *shrugs* (mouth was full of gordita)

    The cop walks away, as I sit there wondering what that was about. The other cop walks up with his pad. The first cop is placing handcuffs on one of the guys they had pulled over. No clue as to why. The other guy they pulled over is now leaving.

    Cop #2: "We are issuing you a ticket."

    Mani: O_O "Ummm, may I know why?"

    Cop #2: "Your music was too loud."

    Mani:

    Cop #2: "We heard you 100 feet away and it is a State Law."

    Mani: "You are kidding me, right? No, I guess not." :mad:

    :evil: #2: "Please sign here sir."

    Mani: :disgust: *signs*

    :evil: #2: "Thank you sir."

    Mani: "No, thank you." For OPPRESSING ME! :manirw:


    Needless to say, my evening was spent unwinding and CRANKING MY MUSIC ALL EVENING!!!!!

    You can probably get out of it. Citing things like, what is the current decibal's allowed, Say that the cop was less than a hundred feet away (got to you in 5 steps) that kind of thing. A hundred feet is 33 yards which is a 1/3 of a football field and is much larger than most people know.

    Also mention that you where listening to a Christian band and that you feel your 1st amendment rights are being violated. Mention the division of church and State (you can't be given a ticket for listening to Church music by a State run organization)



    If all else fails fight the system, fight for our rights! I will come visit you in jail a few times. heh heh heh

    Judge: "Mr Manitou, for fighting this ticket, you are hereby sentenced to 30 years hard labor in the Arizona desert counting the grains of sand for a highly important government survey."

    Nearly t-boning a car when you're pulling out of an alley blindly. It's really gay. Thank god my brother's (yes, I was driving his car) had his brakes replaced a few months back. *phew*

    Last thing we need is to fuck up my brother's car.
