I'm going to the beach! (Beach Cam)

    Beach Cam

    I'm staying right next to the blockade runner, at the Surf Inn. We like it because we can open our door and step out on the sand!

    We leave this afternoon and I'll be back late Friday. <3 to you guys.

    No bikini on the beach for me! Those things fly off in the waves. I learned that the hard way.

    and shadowskillz, it did rain our first day at the beach but the breeze was warm and we were in the water anyway so we hardly noticed. My husband made teh paper because we were the only ones on the beach. I love rainy days at the beach! I'll try scan his news clipping later for you guys to see.

    Oh, yeah...they had time trials for lifeguards our first and second morning. We had a nice view! Pistachio had his red bathingsuit on and was running on the beach and they had a good laugh at the youngest life guard in training.

    BTW, that kid is tough. He got hit in the back by a huge wave, fell face first and left a huge face imprint in the sand and then blew what looked like an almost endless stream of sand out of his nose...then he turned around and ran back in for more!
