    You know it's hit the fan when I come out of the woodworks to say hey.

    Good to see the outfit alive and kicking (albeit you're on the wrong LOTRO server!). I've been awfully busy the past year and a half - survived a cancer scare from my dad (he's fine and the chemo did its job), bought a house (3 BR, 2 Bath for 97k) and a new car (albeit a 2005 model).

    What game am I into now? LOTRO on the Brandywine server (38 hunter - shocker eh?). I gave up WoW last month due to end-game raid burnout (Kharazan cleared minus Netherspite, High King in Gruul downed) - and the fact I had to act as class lead for the priests which made things worse.

    Anyway just thought I'd stop in and say hello and hope someone's kicked some sense into Sent since he's a noob hunter (and always was my 2nd in SOAR!). I'll keep in touch as the void known as WoW is no more for me.

    Oh My Freakin' GOD! REIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to hear pops is doing much better now.

    Damnit I miss ya bud. I've got a 39 Hunter slacker! Had a great time in Evendim Friday morning/afternoon doing Thief Hunters Bane with Jen, Wester, and Granite. Took a couple of times but we ended up defeating the thiefs and got that sweet bow. Now I'm going to start farming for Kharshat and get his tooth to make a Carved Lebethron Crossbow for soloing.

    Life wise I'm fully recovered from my surgery last year. It scared the hell out of me but everything is right where it belongs. Have started taking up jogging to lose some extra #'s. I want to get down to around 200lbs.

    I was second because I chose it. Just remember that you redneck!

    To all of our newer CDL members; this guy was the heart and soul of our Planetside's SOAR division (Special Ops and Recon). Three SOAR members, in one night, took down all the generators on a little continent called Oshur. Those three members were Ivan, KaozReign and myself. It was a feat not accomplished up until that point. From that moment on SOAR in Planetside meant that we could get the job done no matter what. And with Kaoz leading us there was little the enemy could do to stop us.

    I still reminisce about those times Reign. And I cannot wait to get into a game with you again. I still consider you one of my closest friends here. And that will never change.

    Pops? Geez you're getting so old you can't remember the Oshur night correctly. :)

    It was just you and I - Ivan wasn't there that night nor was the other founding member, BlackDrop. To this day I still think they split that continent up because 2 little Terran Republic players waltzed in and turned the lights out making the dance on Cershyen that much easier.

    And slacker hunter? Phtt. I've had LOTRO about 3 weeks and gained from a level to a level and a half a day solo - hardly slacking when you're questing in the Misty Mountains or Angmar at 37. :)

    And Granite do tell me you smacked Black around in my absence.

    As well as can be expected - burned out permanently on WoW, hooked on LOTRO and getting hooked on Paintball as well (it's a rush to shoot people legally!)

    I honestly could have sworn that Ivan logged in and saw us running around on Oshur, then came to help us out at the end, especially at that last Vanu Sanc linked base. That was a tough one to take down.

    But it was fun none the less. I only wish I could have seen those Vanu punks faces when they realized it was 2 to 3 Dragonwolves taking down the entire continent. Man, those were the days....

    And yes, I must be getting old. I keep talking fondly about the good old days. Feel like we're just sitting at a bar in Sanctuary talking to a couple of greenhorns just getting ready for their first battle against the Barney's and Congs.

    Good to see ya bud , and i used to semi pro paintball , still have a minimag and a autococker but they are dusty. Hope you and your dad have a good 4th bro!

    Good to hear you aren't dead Kaoz and I miss playing BF2 with Shads too.

    Too bad so many have moved on to MMOs.

    Hey Shads, glad to hear you're on the mend as well.
    I just bought a Tippman Custom 98 3 weeks ago and love it - been able to shoot little kids and (Mani will cringe at this) some Air Force guys last week. It's a blast and one hell of a work out; not to mention stress reliever.

    There just hasn't been any game that comes close to Planetside - we all had a blast running around Auraxis. SOaR was a great team to be apart of.

    Read the posts about SOAR. Aww man that brings back great memories. Like BD just said, playing PS with you guys have ruined any other game I've played since. I've sorta got out of playing games lately. Working a lot and what not. Working with a tree service right now but still working on being a Lineman.

    Well that's my yearly post. hehe ;)

    P.S. Hmm now I might check and see if PSU is still around. :D
