  1. Aaron became prone to heat exhaustion today at work...
He is currently in the emergency room, so I'm thinking its pretty bad...
Could you all just keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
    Thanks.

  8. He works in Texas... you know .. on the surface of the Sun.

    Get well soon Bro.

  9. I hate to be the one who digs into diagnosis and stuff like that...

but heat exhaustion isn't too, too bad...

We've all had it at one point or another...

If he was bad enough that he had to goto the hospital, especially the emergency room, then he probably suffered from a higher degree of heat exhaustion, or minor heat stroke.. (read up on heat stroke.)
<-- being a trained life guard, it's virtually the number 1 accident that I have seen.

A way to prevent heat exhaustion/stroke: Drink lots of WATER, not carbonated drinks, or alcohol, as they deprive the body even more of salts, take breaks often... and if you feel yourself extremely hot, yet you're not sweating..... get out of the sun and drink water SLOWLY. You can send your body into shock if you suddenly down a whole gallon of water.

On my more sentimental side.... Get Well soon TB. We love you, and want you to be safe. :)

  11. Aaron is doing good now.
When he got into the emergency room he couldn't keep anything down, but they got him hooked up to some IVs and he is fine now.
He's home, and he has family over now, which is why I'm posting for him... but just to let you guys know that he is doing better.
