    News is they were forced to go early because of the arrests in Pakistan. The Pakistan connection emailed the UK group to do it now. Intelligence intercepted the email. Good thing...

    AH.

    Being web and tv challenged, the breif news I had seen made it sound like today was the day.

    I got one of those newspaper things, but I can't find the refresh button.

    I still say they should be called "Cowards".

    After all, that is what they are. Not even sure they deserve a capital c.

    Just "cowards".

    I bet a lot of them get a wood just knowing we call them "Terrorists".

    Let's call them what they are .. cowards. let's see how many then take up and say "Look at me...I'm a coward".

    Sure, it won't make a huge dent, but you know some of these young ones are thinking "Look at me..I'm a Terrorist".

    Change the way they are seen as, and perhaps we can change the way they think. You all have been working that on smokers, and it's working here. Well, not anyone here in particular...but in general of the US...the anti-smokers have been winning, unfortunately. The brainwashing has been rather effective...and "Truth.org" is far from the truth. I think that is their site for now.

    Enough of that.....watch out for the cross eyed nun with a bullwhip and bottle of gin. Not a pretty site.

    There was a day when the media had a self imposed moratorium on reporting on terrorism.

    I remember as a kid listening to Arafat belly-ache about it. They would report where, when and how many but nothing else. No "group X has claimed responsibility" or anything that could be construed as giving them any type of real coverage.

    If memory serves they would report it the same way as a tornado. You know, nothing about the motivation of the tornado.

    Of course now we know a lot more about the problem. For what good that has done.
