  1. I'm too lazy to figure out why my spaces aren't registering as indentations.
Greetings one and all of the Clan Draconis Lupus!
Where to begin? The internet and I were introduced as I was entering my teen years and free email abounded. Our family got a computer to keep up with the Joneses and I grew to love such classics as Minesweeper, Solitaire, and Mah Jong. My love for gaming burst forth with vigor as I became familiar with Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, and SimCity. Even at school was I placed in touch with my digital friend through the babysitting (ahem...uhh) "teaching aid" known as Oregon Trail. Anyway...my tastes revolved around fighting games not long after that, but eventually I found my first ever online pvp game, Jedi Knight. Oh how satisfying it was to beat someone halfway across the world in a lightsaber duel! I even learned how to give myself an edge by playing with the files in my machine... which I no longer do because it's really not much fun anyway and I'm much to busy to be learning how to cheat when I could just enjoy the game.
I thought Everquest was the stupidest thing since a frog on a hotplate when it came out, plus it cost a monthly fee, so I dodged the bullet on that one. From then on I decided to avoid MMORPG's mostly because of financial instability but also because I couldn't see the fun in it.
I joined the Navy a year ago and met a friend who played DAoC and I watched him play it endlessly. I hate that game too, but because I had nothing better to do I watched. Then that magical day came when he had two computers, for by then I had no computer, just a barracks room, having lost a lot to a fire and falling out of the loop etc, etc.
He felt guilty about me having nothing to do all day but sit there and watch him so he pestered me to decide what I wanted to do. I relented and purchased a copy of WoW (using the money I had saved during boot camp) and we began our journey in Azeroth as Jerrimiah and Lochborne (neat name huh? I thought so too.) With his massive experience in DAoC and my astounding intellect (too haughty?) I quickly became the best priest you will ever run across (prove me wrong :) ). I could dispel a magic effect off a fly from 500 yards, before you could even blink (yes even faster than you mages, hah!) Seriously though, I like my priest (human) a lot and now I have a Mage that I like a lot but she's not as good as my priest or quite as handsome considering she has no toenails and slouches terribly.
I like really long term goals. Lochborne (priest type) will ride a Saber soon if I have anything to do with it. It was rather disappointing for me when I had spent 3 months leveling as quickly as possible to get to 60 with those in the guild prodding us on, and our end-game-instance-running guild split. Boo hoo.
I have a Peter Pan complex you know... I don't want to grow up, I only want to play and to have fun.
I play every day, BTW, but being in the Navy, and a submarine volunteer (no underwater internet yet) I probably won't be able to continue incessantly. I'm going to be here for 6 months maybe a year, then who knows. I hope to have a lot of fun by then and I hope to work for the good of everyone in the guild as well. I regret that I have a limited amount of time to give.
    THE END

    P. S. I am a MALE. I am CAUCASIAN. I am 25 year old. I like to read about THEORETICAL PHYSICS AND HARRY POTTER. I just finished reading TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. My favorite movie is THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION. I like to play STRATEGY GAMES AND WOW. I think RANDOMLY AND IN THREE DIMENSIONS. I am TOO LAZY TO TAKE THE MENSA TEST. I speak ENOUGH SPANISH AND VERY LITTLE JAPANESE. i am a silly wabbit. life is funny like that
for those of you wondering about my profession, I will be the one making sure that our ships' nuclear reactors function properly so that noone will die from fallout
