  1. Some of you here have heard me talk of the band I used to be in: Milkrun.

Well, I put a page of sorts together of pics and music that we used to play on myspace.com (Myspace is the devil kiddies...so be careful!)

You can go here to check it out: Milkrun
I'll be updating it frequently and adding to it as the weeks go.

We have been talking the last few months (I think talks started around December) of us getting back together for one more...er...run. ;) There is a lot we have to work out yet and a lot of dust needs to be swept off the instruments before we do any gigging but last friday was a start: Two of the four members got together and did something they haven't done in 4 years (quiet down and get your heads out of the gutter you) they worked on some new songs.

So check it out, tell me what you think. If you have myspace throw me an invite if you like what you hear and you want to be kept in the loop.

    /shameless promotion off.

    hehe Which instrument you play?

  5. I play the guitar on Crow Hop, Too Late and HooRay.

I play the bass on See you Around.

The reason I switched to the bass was because the drummer felt we needed a little more solidity at that department. The lead singer was having difficulty keeping up with the drum rhythms while he sang so I "volunteered".

The high pitched attempt at singing in the background on all 4 of those is all me as well. I was going for a "Less than Jake" type of vibe back then where you had two sets of vocals in different ranges that made for interesting harmonies.

That ended after the 1st album - the band didn't want to go the route of Less than Jake. So I was quieted a bit. Only a bit though.;)

  15.

Thanks Queenie. We write mainly about love gone wrong - those seem to be the easiest to write.
We put a lot into those recordings and as Chuck can probably attest - some times they just don't come out like you envisioned.

  16. Very true man. Its can be hard to write a "positive" song...

Yea, but sometimes those are the best~!
