Here you can see our snowman pledging allegiance to the flag. His hair was made of spagetti noodles and when it became soggy, it went limp. It was pretty funny.

We started work on an igloo, but never finished. Maybe next snow.

Triston and Polaris drove out to visit me because they live about 45 minutes away from my in-law's house. It was great to see them.

I made them sit down at the table and make little turkeys out of oreos, chocolate frosting and candy corns. Unfortunately I won't be able to blackmail them over this incident because I didnt' get any pics of it. :|

Here's some more pics of Triston, Polaris, myself and my son, Troy. My 8-year-old daugter, Brooke was the photographer.

We ate lobster, went to the Pekot Indian museum at a nearby reservation, had way too much thanksgiving dinner, visited lots of family and we had a really great time on the train rides there and back.

  6. Vong has not seen snow yet, at least not the kind that sticks around for more than a few hours.

  7. LOL, you too asmo? i woke up to 5 degrees this morning. I was wearing good gloves, By the time i got to school, the steering wheel was sucking so much heat from my hands that i was getting literal spikes of pain in addition to the overall burning sensation in my hands. I was literally able to pinpoint each major nerve cluster in several fingers thanks to this experience. Now, to do it again... er, later this morning.

  8. Oh, and if there is one thing that i cant live without, no matter how much cold i have to put up with... it is snow :).

Did you look outside this morning. There is now. An inch and I hope that is as deep as gets. No Up state New York stuff.
