New message about TS use?

    I might be mistaken but I thought Manitou said there was going to be a post on here about the TS? I know he said he wanted all the applicants to read it but I can't find it. Is it forthcoming or did I just miss it?

    The TS channel is being made a moderated channel! What does this mean to you? Read these:
    You MUST be registered in the TS server to have a voice (be able to speak)
    Your right to speak is a privilege, thus it is revocable if abused
    This ensures people can use TS even without voice so as to hear what is going on if their voice has been taken

    This is another step to ensure the quality gaming experience within the CDL that you expect and deserve! Brought to you by your friendly Officer's Corps!
