  1. New Mouse for Gimpy Wrist

So now that I'm back online and using my compy a lot more at home and at work, my right wrist is starting to give me some trouble- nothing major- but still a concern. I've started looking for an ergonomic mouse and have seen these two:

I read review of the Evoluent mouse a while back before they put out an optical version by a gaming mag - although I can't remember which- and it did well in that review. I've also seen good user reviews of both.
If any has used either or has other suggestions - aside from using a wrist brace - or using wrist pads for mouse and keyboard- please lemme know.

Yeah a joystick could get annoying for doing "normal" tasks.

  6. How can you game with that thing?

  7. I use to game with a track ball..... then SWG kinda killed that.

  8. Unfortunately none of these mice change the position of your arm or wrist while in use and they are therefore useless to me in my endeavour to alleviate pain.

  10. LOL! Pay attention, Oed.

(For those who don't know, Oed is posting from his Microsoft Project class. I took the same class a few months ago, and they have Internet access on all the classroom machines so you can check your email etc.)

  11. no problem. in fact, i got my trackballs specifically for gaming - TFC at the time.
it allowed me to run constant circles around HWguys with my flamethrower, and never have to pick up my mouse - the momentum of the ball kept me turning.

    works great to this day
