    Any pet is gross if you think about it (who wants to pin up an animal for your amusement) but a minituer cow is kinda cute (we - Mani and I - grew up around a farm with cows) and to see one small is really cool. A cow does many things for society, Leather, food, fertalizer (nasty when stepped in though!) and least appealing is the methane release!

    If I could have a cow that would produce 2 gallons of milk a day, take up no more room than a dog and is more gentle, I say, where do I get one!

    from what i know Cows aren't flourishing in the intellect catagory... so... you couldn't teach it tricks or anything...

    Shouldn't milk be pasturized or something? Doesnt that take machines? what good is 2 gallons if you can't get all the bad bacteria out...

    It is sorta cute though... calves are cute.... so i think these would be.
    Are baby minature cows smaller than normal calves?

    emagyn, you should read the whole article :/.
    First off, they can be trained. Second, they dont come house broken, they arent even sure they can be. And third, milk only NEEDS to be pasturized for commercial use. People drank fresh milk for hundreds of years without an issue, and the milk coming out of a cow is generally fairly sterile (unless the cow itself is sick, and then you just have to know what to look for).
