New Ship Loaner Matrix

There's been some speculation the past several months as to what happens when you purchase a ship not yet ready for primetime, but last week during RTV, and released in a thread yesterday, the decision has now been made for the road to Alpha 2.0.

This is only on the PTU at the moment but, come release on the LIVE servers (almost) any single-crew not finished for players will receive a Hornet F7C, and anybody who bought a multi-crew will receive a Constellation Andromeda, on-loan until the ships you own are "Hangar Ready" and can be operated in Arena Commander...
