    Web banning is not only a retarded idea because it infringes on people's rights, it is also something that is practically impossible to enforce.

    Interesting to see how this pans out. I have a fair assessment of OUR LAWS, and what is/isn't legal. However, as I'm sure most of you know - even the most "black-n-white" laws are still subject to "intrepretation" when in court.

    Remember, there are still many people that think AOL is the internet. (A friend of mine ran a Spyware-busting program then decided to install the latest AOL then run the Anti-Spyware program again~!!! As you can imagine - it found a LOT~!!!!!!) ;)
