PS - If any of you parents have the Backyardigans CD with the music video of "Go go go", I wanted to tell you that while watching it, I thought of T2 and Mani when the video played a clip of the character "Tyrone" as he was "Skiing".

That was most likely the best match I ever played in. I was hoarse for three days after that match and when the last cap won the game, I was standing at my desk screaming.

*Edit: I thought I would do a rundown of the events there... KO had the flag and died in that valley. Swifty, in the Shrike, quickly jumps out and grabs the dropped flag and makes his getaway. As he is headed back, he is chased by a load of RA chasers. He eventually dies, but not before he is able to get the flag over that last hill, which was critical. There, as it dropped about 75 feet from our flag, Mijahu and myself go to retrieve the dropped flag. I was in spawn gear due to just having respawned. I get the flag and head back to cap it. As I go to jump on the flag, someone discs me off and I almost die using my repair kit. I am also now out of energy trying to get on the flag. Because of some clipping issue or something, I go through the flag like three times before it finally caps at about 4 seconds or so left in the map. In TS I think every single CDL was screaming to cap it and Lord knows I was trying. It was crazy on TS after that. We completed our streak over RA as they were never able to take a win over us spanning back to the T1 days.

Oh, and Doggy, you did good on that recording.

Motivated...I did a little looking and found an 83 MB folder called t2 recordings last night.
I installed T2 and upgraded it early this AM.

I think I'll look and see if any of them are worth turning into an AVI/MPG...

you don't unfortunetly - only way to get to a movie is literally to save screen shots from the rec and then assemble them into an .avi - it's a LONG painful precess that chews up a TON of disk space.

 

There was a change to the exe that killed older copies of the recordings, however, if you have the old .exe they are still viewable. I have the old exe should anyone need it to recover .rec's they have.

 

Excuse me while I find a container for my joy.

Fraps will work... I have used it on T2 and T1.

I did it old school wih a T2 script.

It basically did what mars said, and took screen shots and saved them somewhere, then I used DIVX to compile them into an .avi

 

Will do. I've loaded and played few demo's where I was pubbing. Unfortunatly, the majority of what I played locked up for some reason, and the one I tried recording with FRAPS will not load (and I've got nearly every CoDec out there...)

But what I did see is -CDL- Praetor Vong kicking but and taking names for the honor of -CDL-.
And I? Well...My mind goes back to something Dane said back in T1=

"Dude, I'm watching and I'm thinking to myself - 'How in the hell did we win with you on our side.' Man."
