Possible Impromptu LAN party in Atlanta!

    For those of you that might be interested, there will be an alignment of three of the five original charters of the CDL in Atlanta sometime around the second week of September.

    Full Otto Matik, Ground Chuk, and myself will be meeting at Full Otto's house. He has graciously offered to host a LAN there. If you are interested in coming, let us know! Once we get the exact dates, we will post on this Forum. Transportation to and from the Atlanta airport provided by Mani's taxi service at a minimum fee. :D

    I would put any of you guys up! Dio, the wife is out buying Mints as I type this! I have a multi-tude of console systems connected to a 63" TV complete with a 6 year old who will show you how to work the differant connections and is an excellent backseat video gamer (not the annoying comments but comments like, health left side, zombie to the right! - trained well!)

    I have a fold up camper in the garage that could be rolled out and sleeps 7. I have a full basement that can hold a bundle of people (Even has a couch for Test!) Basement circuits are all separated to avoid PC overload! There currently is no Sheetrock up (drywall) as we are not finished with it yet (more lan cables, more power!)

    My wife is an excellent cook and loves to shower guests with cookies, brownies, cakes!

    Okay, here appear to be the dates:

    Ground Chuk arrives in Atlanta on the 8th. Depending on when I can get up there, it will be anytime that week.

    Okay, since this is an impromptu type LAN, the games available are whatever you got on your HD. :D

    I spoke to Otto and he said he has the space. I have an extra monitor, a 17" if you need one Rayz. :p Let me know, so I can bring it with me.

    The whole key here is that we are gathering to have some fun and maybe kick around some cool gaming time. Maybe a few games would be:

    T2
    NWN
    MOHA
    RTCW

    ...etc. :cool:

    Okay, we have selected the dates!

    It appears we will be gaming on Wed and Thurs the 11th and 12th of September. Feel free to drop by and visit! (It is easy to invite people to Otto's house :D )
