Regarding My Application.

I applied for CDL about a week ago (can't remember), and later heard that Planetside-Universe was having some trouble... And was suspending the recruiting process. A day or so ago, I recieved an PM from THrONeBeaST, describing the situation, and told me to apply at a specific place. I couldn't find where exactly to apply, so I messaged THrONeBeaST in IRC and cleared things up. He told me that he would tell Manitou to PM me the five questions. I haven't gotten them and I would just like to know what I need to do. Do I need to apply in the 'Applications To CDL Only' category? Do I need to wait a little longer? I decided to post in here so I wouldn't get scolded for posting in the 'Applications To Join CDL Only' category.
If a moderator could tell me what to do, I would be grateful.
