Ahhh...Racism. I was at first apalled. But then I thought about it. There are white groups who say the same thing.

Think about this. What is the difference?

If you are white, it sounds scary as hell. But then, blacks have been hearing it for a long time.

I don't condone it, and think it is wrong, as is the KKK (in which I like the Geto Boys description..."Wearin' white dresses and sh*t, what the f***k, is they gay?) and any pro-white group that says this type of thing. But when this comes from the other side, do you NOW feel concerned, or perhaps even upset, scared, frightened?

    Hmmmm.

  2. What a sad, paranoid man. He truly believes that the white man is making cigarettes to kill the black man and make money in the process. He truly believes that all whites are together in a plot to kill blacks.

You are right. This is no different from the Neo Nazis and KKK. I'm not frightened as I don't believe any of these people have power. I think American society has moved far enough away from this type of thinking to be swayed by their rhetoric in the most part. My only wish is that people like him get some help.

I would almost agree that Americans are smart enough to see the idiocies in what people like this say....

But then I get on the road, and, really, most Americans don't have a clue!

If a simple thing like driving responsibly is so monumentally hard for most folks to comprehend, then politics is WAY beyond their scope. And they WILL believe whatever someone tells them!!

Granted, driving can be hard, for those of us who actually know how to do it, but it isn't rocket science. But just the simple fact of realizing that there are OTHERS on the road seems to escape most folks. As well as simple things like RED means stop, YELLOW means clear intersection (not "hit the gas" or "well, I'm doing 12 miles an hour so I'm safe to run it...speed kills, you know"), and GREEN means hit all the pedals, maybe one of them means GO!

Traffic lights are one of the most basic "controls" to follow, yet most people feel they aren't meant for them.

And we are to expect people to think about politics in any kind of reasonable manner? No wonder we have the candidates we have now!

A bit off topic, but it does tie in....what people think and how they go about their daily lives.
