    Serious question.
    How is handi-capped parking done at the Special Olympics?

    This is not a joke, I don't kid about that stuff. A friend of mine in college needs to know for a research paper he is doing, a serious paper. But everytime he calls an official representative, they get mad thinking it's a joke. He's called like half a dozen times, so he gave up on that and decided to use other resources.
