    Ok so I have tomorrow (Friday) off and will be online most of the day. I will hang out in TS and chat with whomever and see if maybe we can get a private match to work.

    Private matches are sadly still offline, but I will say the lobby is working pretty damn well now after the last round of server fixes.

    I haven't played much since v0.8, but holy hell it's pretty fun again (other than missiles being super powerful). I need to work on my aiming :)

    So waiting on the CS to get back from Holiday break so I can unmelt some ships, I enjoy the Delta, but I miss my Super Hornet.

    Also if you have a spare 300 series lying about take those Omnivsky IV off and slap the on the Delta nose gun, brutal.

    Since I don't plan on going the HOTAS route I picked up the Razer Tartarus

    General plan is to bind the thumb control the the strafe flight, keeping the throttle control and roll bound to this (WASD), my Mouse (Naga) of course controls my flight and gimbals as well as shield controls and targeting and countermeasures. I will keep non-critical functions bound to my keyboard such as hud manipulation and eject/self-destruct. This should help with doing more 6-dof maneuvers.

    For some reason the latest patch didn't take too well with my system.
    My issue was that I could log in, but I was met with a grey screen. Much like what a lot of people had with this patch. I did all the workarounds (Deleting USER folder, making sure proxy was turned off, etc) but it never worked.
    So after a few hours downloading and tinkering, I've got my hangar back.

    And it looks desolate. Just two ships....

    Also added everyone on the DWI roster to my contacts list.

    So I have the entirety of DWI added to my contact (plus a few others) so once they get the private match thing hammered out expect some games :D

    Log into the RSI page and click MY RSI. Upper right hand corner there will be a tab marked "CONTACTS"
    Add them there.
