    The Internet Movie Database has this blurb from Star Trek producer Rick Berman regarding the return of Star Trek in 2 or 3 years...

    Star Trek producer Rick Berman plans to revive the movie franchise in two or three years. "I think that timeframe for a new, fresh feature with a whole different outlook would be fine," he told the British Star Trek Magazine. He also suggested that the Star Trek television productions might be revived. "[It] certainly would be possible," he told the magazine. "And the answer is that the powers that be at Paramount seem to feel that the time has come to give things a rest.

    They need better writers and follow the known history of Star Trek. They took way to many liberties with Enterprise.

    I must say I watched a lot of Next Generation, but never could get into Deep Space 9, Voyager, or Enterprise. A person only has so much of their life to give to Star Trek...well most of us :p

    Although, SG-1's Carter is the best one in Sci-Fi today.

    Not sure I agree with that 100%. Uhura and Rand were pretty foxy, but then again, I find a lot of that depends upon the 'style' and 'trend' of the times.
    NextGen - Seemed to me that they were either too butch (Tasha), Femmine(Troi), or trying to re-capture their youth(Crusher).
    DS9 had whats-her-name that was married to Nom? (that right)? She was "a hottie". And Roxanne Dawson (B'lanna) was *uber* hot (IMO).

    Ahem. Perhaps I do agree with you Raz.... ;)

    Both Dax's in DS9 are hot. There is something to be said about Crusher. I think it was the red hair. :)
