    DO NOT SEE THIS MOVIE! I got dragged to it by this girl im dating... and my god i believe it is the worst movie i have seen in my life. Not at one moment did i sick back and think... wow that was cool... or holy shit that was scarey, the only part of the movie that made me smile was the end... god i was so relieved.

    The only thing that ran through my mind was... "wtf did i just pay for?" There was no plot, no nothing...

    Please, whatever you do... do not waste precious hours of your life seeing this movie...

    I thought about inserting some joke about how... now i have a grudge or... something corny like that, but im too in awe and pissed and about incredibly stupid this movie was. :mad:

    profchaos, I can't believe you didn't find it scary.... It did WAY better than the ring, and though I agree it has virtually no plot, it's an awesome horror movie. The entire movie is dedicated to scaring you rather than build a complicated plot that really isn't needed in the first place.

    If you're going to see the Grudge, don't expect plot or deep character development, or even a good review from critics, because that is what they look for. See the Grudge to get a few good scares.

    you really got scared at parts? I thought the parts that were even suppose to be scarey, were so anticipated that it came off cheesy. My date didnt even like the movie... and she's not the most... hmm how do you say, intellectual person, so usually simple things make her smile... lol but not this movie

    I've seen trailers for both. The original (Japan) and the American version.

    I could sleep throught the remake...

    i cant believe some of ya'll actually find it scarey? Do you find the movie genuinely scarey, or do you jump when stuff pops out at you? (ex. texas chainsaw (the remake)) <-- parenthesis inside parenthesis... damn i'm good
