The NON headset thread

    There's been several threads about good gaming headsets, but I am actually wondering if you guys have some good suggestions for earbuds.

    I recently broke one of the buds on my current set and am looking for a good replacement. I had bought a cheap $20 pair of buds from the campus bookstore, but I am curious to know if there's a good set I can find. I'm probably going to set a price ceiling at $50. I am just going to be using it to listen to music on my laptop and phone; probably nothing more than that. If there's a set that has phone controls to adjust volume, skip tracks, and answer incoming calls, that would be even better.

    Bought mine for $10 @ monoprice, according to ratings and my own experience, they beat out anything up to $100. Only things are they use a rope style cord, so they can make a ribbing sound when in motion, and the actual tips should be changed out. I used tips from a but more expensive set that I'dhad. My old set were sennheizers, but they blew out, so bass went out after only using them about a year.
