    Which movie you looking forward more to seeing?

    I'm on the fence about Superman but I do want to see Kevin Spacey's version of Lex.

    I was caught off guard with how much I liked the first Pirates of the Carribean - I rented it as an afterthought and was blown away at how good it was. Depp's portrayl of Captain Jack Sparrow was priceless. I'm really looking forward to this one.

    I agree that Spacey would be awesome as Lex....
    And I too was suprised at how well rounded a movie 'Pirates' turned out to be.

    But...I'll prolly wait for the DVD. I enjoy going to the theatre, but its not in teh schedule at the moment...

    I'm going to see both...they both fall into the action/adventure/epic categories decided are the only types of movies I'll go see in a theater

    actually leaving for Superman viewing here in a bit today...

    I can't say that I'm super-hyped about either - I think that both will be good; just not hyped like I was about LOTR or others. My concern with Pirates is Davy Jones...don't know if I like the sea monster spin...figured they could've done something different along the lines of Bootstrap Bill - but I thought the first was great.

    As for Superman - I hope it'll be good, just not overly amped.

    I'll probably go see Superman with my buddies from work and Pirates with the wife. She has a soft spot for Johnny Depp.

    That seems to be the consensus Aeternus.
    I saw it Friday night. I got more chills from hearing the sound track.

    Although I have to admit, that Routh had Christopher Reeve's Clark Kent nailed perfectly.

    Superman was pretty good I thought. Spacey was awesome as Lex. I don't know if I will go see the Pirate's at all. Probably will get dragged their by a friend or something. Not really dieing to see it though.

    I forgot how much my wife is in love with Orlando Bloom. She had never seen the first Pirates movie until early this week. All she kept saying to me was, with a very dreamy look in her eyes, "Think you could wear a soft billowy shirt, wield a sword and come rescue me one day?"
