    Yeah that is going to fail horribly. I think you have to go higher than 62 miles (around 200 miles?) to be mostly free from earth's drag. So the only reason anyone would go so they could say "I went into space and I saw stuff through the window!" For $190,000 you could buy a nice transportation vehicle of your own.
