    I can't find a site anywhere that has simple list of the top news stories (world + national) from the past 10 years. Anyone know of a site?

    Umm if there is no site, list everything you remember that was a major news story in this thread. Thx. :)

    Examples:

    WTC Terrorist Attack
    Florida Elections
    OK. Federal Building bombing
    WTC bombing (1st time)
    Microsoft Anti-Trust lawsuit
    AOL/Netscape merger
    Etc..?

    1) Clinton's little tryst with Monica and his subsequent impeachment.
    2) 50th Anniversary of the end of WWII. (May was VE day and Aug was VJ day)
    3) The International Space Station being put into orbit.
    4) Space Station Mir coming out of orbit.

    I went to http://www.google.com then for a search I typed:

    +headlines +"Bill Clinton Wins Presidential Election" and it was 1 of 2 sites available. :)

    I was on http://www.time.com browsing thru the archives. It's ok but not in a list-format like this site is.. Much better this way.

    I used Google too. I did a search for "Top News Stories 1992-2002" and found it. Funny thing is that if i do the same search now I can't come up with it
